I just wanted to say Iam satisfied with my experience out at your place. Baxter and everyone out there was awsome. Being a hard working middle class guy who is also a new dad (my son is 15mths old), I never thought I would land a bike I REALLY wanted (the Star Raider) at the price range I needed to be at for my family....but you guys made it happen. I just want to say when my friends and brother are ready to get their bikes (it's coming sooner than later) I already told them don't bother going anyplace, but offroad,they were awesome...

From the time I walked into Off-Road Express I felt welcome and like they really wanted to help me. The people were friendly and the salesman really cared about what four wheeler would be right FOR ME and whatI would use it for! The two sales staff that I dealt with, Baxter and Mike were excellant. I spent about 4mnths deciding which brand and model motorcycle would suit me best and they were both very patient, knowlegable and seemed genuinely intrested in making sure I found the perfect motorcycle for me. I never felt pressured to by or like I was wasting their time no matter how many times I stopped in to ask questions and look at different models and configurations. The variety of Star Models at different sizes and price points allowed me to make an informed decision and the pricing was very competitive and allowed me to get the motorcycle  I wanted at the monthly payment I could afford. This was by far the most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience I ever had. Off-Road Express was excellent in every way.

I recently bought an SX4 through your salesman Tim. I was very satisfied with Tim, he took the time to explain everything about the car. I was satisfied and pleased with the dealership in general. The car was as advertised at the price advertised. Iam very happy with the car, it handles well, great breaking system, many options as standard,excellent fit and finish and seems to be engineered better then the Honda that I traded in. This car is very functional. I want to complement Tim the salesman for doing such a great job.

 I'd like to thank Off Road Express for my recent visit to your business.  I
went to your dealership knowing a few of the people who worked there (Dan &
Gary), but I soon realized that the staff surrounding those people, were of the
same trustworthy character. I had purchased a Victory Vegas and had it delivered
to my house.  I received a call from a Kevin to say that he had seen a part that
made him uncomfortable and wanted to fix it before riding it this spring.  I
truly believe that other businesses would have overlooked this small issue after
the purchase had already been finalized and out the door.  This alone makes me

I wanted to e-mail you to let you know how impressed I was with your sales and service department. I recently purchased a used 2008 Kingpin 8 Ball from Off-Road and after it was delivered there were a few issues we ran into. First thing the battery was bad and Baxter walked me threw the steps to get that taken care of. He went well beyond then what I would expect from any sales staff. He was extreamely pleasant through the entire process to help resolve the problems. Secondly, Kevin helped me diagnose why the bike would not start. he even came to my house after his work day to help me get it running properly. I have never had such great service from a dealership. I am happy to say that as long as I am in erie I will be a customer at your dealership.

My name is Megan McComb. I recently found Off Road Express on the internet. When I called I asked to speak to a sales rep, I was transferd to Mike Larsen. I told Michael how I'am a broker for rental companies and exactly how I needed the sale to process. Michael told me he would call me back within the hour. Michael was true to his word and called me back in less then an hour. Besides the fact that he called me back he also had answers to every question I had. Through out the sales process Michael updated me via email/phone on what was going on, It was so refreshing Michaels follow through was impeccable! I'am a broker for rental;Diagnosis, concept companies, ect... I was also a sales manager at a nine product power line power sports dealership with eleven sales representives under me. It took everything  in me to get my guys to be half as reliable as Michael. I buy products all over the country depending on where my client is located. These days I know it's;hard to get; a sales representive to answer the phone let alone call you back. In this economy "customer service" is what will keep power sports dealerships alive and in the black. It is basically impossible to get some one financed unless they are under 32% DTI and have a 780. I'am sure you noticed what we have noticed in Michigan economy is that the 70/30 has flipped to 30/70 (finance/cash). I get a head ach every day trying to call and instantly buy a machin. I wish i could buy every product threw Michael. Follow threw and quality service goes a long way. Michael will forever have my business, even if I have to pay a couple bucks more, I would!! I would like to thank Barry for sending me to the right salesman. Back in march i bought a Honda Sabre I told the them my price range and he didnt try to upsell me a bike I couldnt afford and this made me very comfortable.I wont lie i did look other places for a bike but ultimatly ended up back here. thanks to all that helped me find the right bike although it could have used a set of tires. i am very happy w this bike as i have put on over 700 miles this year

I am writing just to let you know what a great employee you have in one of your parts personal, Phil Lozier.
I was at my wits end looking for a sissy bar for my 2008 Suzuki S-50. Suzuki no longer makes them and there are no after markets out there for this bike that I could locate . I presented my problem to Phil. He went above and beyond and found me a OEM from another Suzuki dealer in Pa. Even though I did not purchase my bike at your business, he made every effort to accommodate my special need, and did all the research and finding the item I wanted with in about an hour. I sorry to say, but I did not purchase my bike at you store and the store I did, well there parts man, never even called me to inform me that Suzuki no longer mfg. the item, and failed to call me and inform me that the an after market item would possibly be available in  6-7 weeks. He never took the time to pursue my request as Phil did.
I assure you, that even though I live in Fairview, I will buy all of my bike needs at you store. You can thank Phil for me becoming a customer at Off Road Express.

I bought a Honda Shadow out on peach street at off road express and it is an awesome machine. I love my bike and they treated me well.  Either way, I was looking for a Shadow, they are kind of out of my price range new, but Baxter worked me such a great deal I couldn't pass it up.  I added a few things to it which I had to order from their parts department . In parts they were also very kind. Now the bike is ready with everything on it I could want and I can not wait to ride again.

My boyfriend Dennis Dunn and I have spent the last few weeks working with your store to purchse our first 4-wheeler. I'm happy to say that we are stopping in today after 5pm to pick up our purchase. I am writing today to tell you why we decided your shop would get our business...Baxter Irving.
We live in Meadville area are both well employed have good credit, and truly could have gone anywhere to purchse our 4-wheeler. Neither of us were knowlegeable on what is out there, pros/cons, and were looking for a product that met our needs, was a sound investment, and wasn't going to require a lot of maintenance. We went to your store simply because my boyfriend knew it existed.
On our first visit Baxter was our salesman. He was friendly and easy going. He asked us questions about what we intended for use, and from there, gave us ample information to make our decision.  He was patient, and treated us as though we were the only people in the store. We left to consider our options, with no pressure from Baxter.
We could have (at that point) started shopping around. We asked Baxter for a price on what we wanted. E-mail was our best option of communication as we live a distance from the store, and both work full time. Given the cost of gas, we didn't want to start driving back and fourth. Baxter recommmended we come in during your open house and we did.
That day was very busy and my neice Katie ( a very happy 4year old) joined us on the trip. Again we were greeted by friendly folks, and since it was very busy, awaited Baxter's availability. He and Dennis worked out financial questions, and we purchased our Honda Foreman on that same day. Baxter not only was there for us, but made Katie feel a part of the process, and she was THRILLED.  Mike did our financing, again being respectful of the fact that a fidgety  4 year old was there, and we ALL left smiling. Katie fell asleep on the way home :-) and was very happy to show her dad (my brother) her new Honda t-shirt!
We did not shop around for our Honda. Dennis and I both decided that given the service Baxter provided us , your store was going to get OUR money. We will recommend your store and Baxter to our friends & family. And today's note is a way for us to let you know what a valuable employee you have in Baxter Irving.

I had an issue with another motorcycle store replacing my clutch cable. Two weeks after they replaced it it snapped and left me stranded. I called your route 8 location and spoke with Brian(I believe), what a nice guy he was. He was easy to talk to, understood my problems issues, treated me with respect and decency. Anytime I called with questions he already had the answers. Upon telling him that I needed new parts, without hesitation he ordered them so I would not have to wait. Your store came and picked up my motorcycle without problems or incident. Upon replacing my clutch cable my bike shifts like a dream. Two thumbs to your service department and Brian who helped me out in my time of need. Thank you so much your guyes did just one hell of a bang up job. You now have a loyal customer. Thank you

I would just like to take the time to thank everyone in the parts department at Off-Road Express Route 8 for their support, excellent job in ordering parts, and taking care to get them to me when needed. All of their assistance helped me earn a 3rd place in the XC-Vet B class for the 2012 season of the American Woods Racing Championship Series (AWRCS).  I was able to keep my bike in top condition, only having one DNF due to a mechanical issue all season. I'm sure I will be seeing everyone often again this season as I try to take on half of the AMA National Enduro series, and select AWRCS and GNCCs.
